Integra is designed to take the burden of administration away from busy Contractors and give them that time back to concentrate on what they do best as well as confidence and peace of mind that their finances are in safe hands.
They don’t have to spend hours inputting data into a complicated software system themselves, they just need to send us their timesheets and expenses on a monthly basis and we do the rest!! If their business banking is with one of our banking partners then even better, we’ll then be able to get a direct feed of their business bank account transactions on a daily basis.
We’ll raise their invoices and send them to their clients. We’ll also do all of the book-keeping, run their payroll, and produce their vat and PAYE returns. About the only thing we don’t do is move money on their behalf.
Each month we’ll send them a Snapshot of their business (white-labelled with your branding) that shows them exactly where they stand financially. It will also let them know what their tax liabilities are and when they’re due. Finally it will tell them how much they have available for distribution as dividends.
At the end of the year we’ll prepare their accounts, company tax return and self-assessment tax return.
